Open Question: What grants are available for those going to college for teaching?

I want to attend Western Kentucky University this spring and I am trying to finance my education. I want to become an elementary school teacher. I am aware that there are grants for teaching, such as the WIA program. However, the WIA program will only provide $4,000 each year, which isn't enough for me to go to school and stay in a dorm.
